  • Do I pay luxury before or after the service is completed?

Payment is required before a technician is dispatched. This policy protects both our customers and technicians by ensuring transparent pricing before service begins.

For security purposes, our technician may verify the identity of the individual receiving service upon arrival.

  • Is luxury open on holidays?

Yes. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Please note that holiday service may be subject to additional rates.

  • I have roadside assistance through my insurance, but the ETA is too long. Can Luxury help?

Absolutely. We can dispatch a technician as a standard service call. After your service is completed, we'll provide a detailed receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, if your policy allows. Please note that reimbursement is determined solely by your insurance provider. We do not issue refunds if your claim is denied.

  • My vehicle has broken down. Do luxury offer mechanical repairs?

While we do not perform mechanical repairs, we can refer you to trusted mobile mechanics throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area.

  • How fast can I drive on a spare tire?

Most temporary spare tires have a maximum recommended speed printed on the tire itself. If the speed rating is not visible, please refer to your vehicle owner's manual. In general, temporary spare tires should not be driven faster than 50 mph (80 km/h) unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

  • Do luxury offer service on the highway?

Yes. We provide tire change services on highways and busy roadways whenever it is safe to do so. Because these locations present additional risks, hazardous roadside service may be subject to higher rates. Payment is required before dispatch. Once a technician has been dispatched, a dispatch/service fee will apply even if the service is canceled after dispatch. If applicable, any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Do luxury use independent contractors?

Yes. In addition to our full-time Luxury Technicians, we work with qualified independent contractors throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metropolitan area. If an independent contractor is available and can provide a faster estimated arrival time (ETA), they may be dispatched to your service request. All independent contractors operate as separate businesses and are solely responsible for any damage or liability resulting from the services they perform. If you need to file a damage claim, it must be submitted directly to the company identified on your service invoice, as that company is responsible for the work performed.
